2014 Junior Supervised Tennis

Supervised Tennis for juniors starts on the 30^th June-25^th August 2014. The supervised play is open from 2-4pm and 4-6pm, Monday to Friday. The primary school children can only come down from 2-4pm while children who are in secondary/high school only show up from 4-6pm. It is open to Omagh LTC members and non-members.

While it is not coaching, it’s a great opportunity for juniors to practice while meeting new people. It is free for members and £2 for non-members every time they turn up. Once juniors arrive their names are taken down by the supervisor and they must also have a contact number of a parent/guardian in case of an emergency. Juniors who turn up are expected to behave appropriately, respect club property, supervisor and other juniors who play.

2014 Summer Tennis Camps

 

    

 

 

Omagh LTC’s summer camps cater for ages from 6-14 year olds. The 6-10 year old age group will take place from 9am-11:30am. The 11-14 year olds will take place from 11:30am-2pm. The 5 days will cover all the different strokes from the serve, forehand, backhand, volley, smash etc. The summer camps are aimed for beginner players as well as intermediate players with an emphasis on fun while learning at the same time.
