Step by Step Guide To Online Entry
STEP 1
1.      Log onto www.tennisireland.net
2.      Click on request membership
3.      Click and Complete the Tennis Ireland register form that appears.
4.      You will receive an email with your username and password
5.       Log onto www.tennisireland.net using these details-Your pin number will be the 8 digit number displayed next to your name (this can take up to 48 hours).
 
Step 2: Registration on Tournament Software
Register for a Tournament Software account at the below link:
 http://ti.tournamentsoftware.com/member/signup.aspx

*A unique email address must be assigned to each Tournament Software account. 

Step 3: Add your Tennis Ireland PIN to your Tournament Software Account
1.    Log into your Tournament Software account at  http://ti.tournamentsoftware.com/member/login.aspx
2.    Once logged in, click on your name on the top right of the page.
3.    Click on the ‘Profile’ tab followed by the ‘Sport Details’ tab.
4.    Add your Tennis Ireland PIN in the ‘Member ID’ box.
5.    Click ‘Submit’ to save.

DETAILS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

 

The Tournament is sanctioned and run under the Rules and Regulations and Code of Conduct of Tennis Ireland.

Under 8’s and Under 9’s must be available from 10.00am. Under 10’s must be available from 12:30pm.

Entry forms with remittance fee £5.00 (cheques payable to Omagh Lawn Tennis Club) should be sent to Tournament Secretary, 15 Killyclogher Road, BT 79 0AX, Omagh. Co. Tyrone OR PAID BEFORE PLAY ON TUESDAY 26TH AUGUST. Phone Number: (0044) (028) 82 250 225.

Age qualification


For Under 8s players must 7 or under on Dec.31st 2013, and for Under 9s players must be 8 on Dec.31st 2013. For Under 10’s players must be under 10 on Dec.31st 2013

 
Match Format


All matches will be played on a modified court Under 8 11x5.5m (36x16ft); Under 9 18x6.5m (60x21ft): Under 10: Full sized Court

  • With modified ball density - Red ball for U.8s and Orange ball for U.9s. Green ball for U10’s

  • With a multi match Team Format.

  • With modified scoring.


Play will commence at 10:00 am on Tuesday 26th August  and competitors must check in 15 minutes before start time. Play will finish at 12pm for Under 8’s and Under 9’s. Play for U10’s will start at 12:30pm and finish at 3pm.

In all matters of dispute the decision of the tournament committee will be final.

Girls and Boys events may be amalgamated in their age groups if there are insufficient entries.

Players and spectators must follow the referee’s instruction/notices particularly with regard to viewing arrangements.
